WVNET is currently experiencing an issue with our connectivity between our datacenters and our Oracle Cloud tenancy.

Firewall reboot has been completed and all services are back online

Morgantown Firewalls were rebooted tonight (March 20th) at 10PM. The outage lasted 6 minutes. Please contact our NOC if you have any issues.

The Morgantown Firewalls were reloaded at 10pm on 3/19/2025. Services restored by 10:08 PM. The event was successful. All services should be returned to normal. Please contact the WVNET NOC if you have any issues with your services, please contact the NOC at 800-253-1558 x0.

The four 10Gbps waves that were down since Friday have been repaired by outside vendor. All circuits are once again up.
