May 5, 2025 – 8:50 AM: Our upstream provider moved connections to a new piece of equipment as they suspected a potential failure issue with that device. Once connections were moved, packet response returned to normal. WVNET will continue to monitor the situation, but all services should be back to normal operation.
May 5, 2025 – 8:30 AM: WVNET is experiencing packet loss with upstream provider. The provider is aware of the issue as they are seeing issues with some equipment. They will be moving to a different piece of equipment to try to resolve the issue.
