WVNET will be migrating all private IP VLANs hosted in our Morgantown POP to new firewall appliances. This maintenance is scheduled for Thursday, September 25th, from 8:00–9:00 PM.
Although the full hour has been reserved, the expected service interruption for each VLAN will last only a few minutes as sessions are re-established. Most customers are unlikely to notice any impact due to the brief duration of these interruptions.
Our Network Operations Center (NOC) is available 24/7 to provide support before, during, and after the migration. If you experience service issues, have questions about the process, or need additional information, please contact us. This page will be updated once the maintenance is complete.
