Due to some unexpected challenges, the full maintenance window was required to complete the transition. This process offered valuable lessons and insights that will inform future efforts to enhance network resiliency.
At this time, primary traffic is now routing through the new equipment, and most services have been successfully restored.
A few remaining tasks are still needed to finalize the migration. These will impact only a small number of customers and will be addressed with minimal disruption.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we complete this important upgrade. If you experience any ongoing issues, please don’t hesitate to contact our Network Operations Center.
The maintenance scheduled to begin at midnight tomorrow night, Friday, July 18, is on schedule and will proceed as planned.

A complete network outage is expected to last less than 30 minutes, though some customers may experience longer disruptions. A 4-hour maintenance window has been reserved to allow for thorough testing.
